There were also a few Tufted Duck.
Out in the open water were two Shelduck, which were much more difficult to get near.
A walk along the boardwalk at the back of the pond revealed Water Rail, Cormorant, Long Tailed Tit, Bullfinch, Reed Bunting, and a Robin feeding on insects in a waterladen area.

Nice to see your increasing the art work, like it very much , I have given up but must get the paints out again, its good fun if nothing else.

Yes, keep up the good art work. I wish I could settle to do the same but never seem to get the time or am not in the mood after a day battling authority, computers and life!
