Rising Sun CP

We had a wander around Rising Sun Country Park this morning and was pleased to see quite a few Large Red Damselfly.


and there are good numbers of flowering orchids. I believe this to be a Northern Marsh Orchid


and of course Red showing off his new, fast growing 2011 antlers

    I forgot to mention that i had seen 4 large red damsels last week.The last couple of visits to the Sun had been in chilly and windy conditions.
